Game of Thrones Season 3 FX - How Dragons Were Born

"Game of Thrones" filming crew sure takes a lot of effort to actually decorate and make the sets real rather than make it all CGI, as we found out a few weeks back. But the dragons and massive armies though? It all looks as real as it can get, too.

Pixomondo surely made a really great job with that, and the newest FX reel for "Game of Thrones" season 3 shows how Daenerys's dragons evolved layer by layer from a tennis ball on a stick. Additionally, those final shots of the "Mhysa" episode are illusions as well, with Dany's thousands of Unsullied copied multiple times.

Thor's Natalie Portman: Female-Led Marvel Movie Is Coming

One thing's pretty clear and it's that Marvel Universe has always focused more on its male superheroes. However, just recently, it was rumored that a female Marvel superhero as a title character is being planned and it's most likely going to be Captain Marvel.

"There are definitely many strong women, but it will be exciting when there is a central female character which I think is coming - I have heard is coming - and, of course, a central non-white character will also be exciting...", said Natalie Portman (Thor: The Dark World) to SciFiNow.

She adds that "they do definitely have strong female characters in them, and I think it's a testament to the people who run Marvel, their respect, their just normal human respect for women, the way they want to characterise them".

There's a video on the 'Flicks and the City' channel showing short interviews of what Arya, Hodor, Tywin, Margaery and many other cast members that weren't involved in the horror have to say about the whole thing.

Jack Nicholson retires at age 76

Many have probably noticed that Nicholson hasn't appeared in a film since his supporting role in 'How Do You Know' in 2010. Well now, the 3-time Oscar winner has officially retired from acting to close his career of 55 years.

Some sources say that Nicholson has 'memorry issues' and before everyone jumps to conclusions that Alzheimer's is getting him, there is no indication he is suffering from it, or any particular disease.

Nicholson is the most-nominated actor in Oscar history with a total of 12 nominations (8 for Best Actor and 4 for Best Supporting Actor). Recently he was offered a role in 'Nebraska' but he turned down the part and has been enjoying his life in Los Angeles.
